This toaster oven had error codes from day one. Now it is one constant error code and never worked. Unfortunately it was a Christmas gift and she threw away the box so store wouldn't take it back. Tried to send it back to DeLonghi, spent over an hour on the phone. Started a ticket and sent photos then nothing ever came of it. It is going into a landfill which is sickening, Don't buy this!

Very good oven. Heats and cools quickly! Easy to use and doesn’t take up too much space on the countertop.

Our trusty old toaster oven (another brand) "died" a year ago and, although I loved it, I was impressed with the extra features for this Livenza oven. With all the positive reviews I read about it, I ordered it. I am sorry to have to write such a negative review, given all the positive comments I've seen here. But I have to be honest -- this convection toaster oven has been a big disappointment to my husband and me. I do like the size and that it fits well on our counter but, other than that, I have not found it to be satisfactory. It needs to be cleaned each time we toast bread -- and removing the crumbs is time-consuming and cumbersome because of the way the appliance is designed. We have to move the heavy oven to the edge of the counter in order to get the crumb catcher tray out. The directions are complicated and hard to follow. It's easier and quicker just to toast in our regular oven than in this toaster oven. I have been giving serious consideration to purchasing another convection/toaster oven -- going back to our original brand which had been ideal. I just didn't know how much I appreciated it until I switched to this more expensive brand.

I was sceptical about this little machine doing everything it said it could! BUT - I have toasted to perfection, air fried with golden crisp results, reheated, kept warm including plates, baked ...and this is all in the past week! Fast heating and accurate results mean that I will only rarely need to use my big oven! The sleek style of the machine looks high tech and glamorous in my kitchen. Thank you!

I always purchase Delonghi Toaster Ovens as they are reliable and practical for many uses. Can't wait to try the air fryer as this is my first!

We just bought a house and i throw my old toaster away, was going to buy a new one.. what? Didn’t have to. This thing toast bread perfectly. Pizza, fries, baked potato, chicken... you name it! It has basically every accessory you will want (air-fryer basket, flat wire rack, enamel baking pan, aluminum pizza pan and crumb tray). I have made chicken parmesan that tasted better than when I have made it in the oven. Homemade pizza comes out perfectly, and in half the time of a conventional oven. I don't have to turn my whole house into a sauna by using the regular oven, and I get better results! I say that's a win-win! Clean up is also a breeze, as everything is non-stick and the crumb tray catches all the fallout. This is a top notch air fryer, and a daily staple in my home now.
