The conversion came with the tools needed to switch the crib to a toddler bed. It was easy to make the switch and now my toddler can get in and out of the bed easily.

This crib is beautiful and very sturdy but I am only giving three stars today because the crib came slightly damaged. There is a large gash on the side that is quite noticeable. When I emailed buy buy baby to advise them of the issue, I never heard back. Needless to say I am very disappointed by customer service. If this was not an issue, this item would have easily received a five star rating from me.

Used to be sold with the DaVinci Kailani convertible crib but now is a separate purchase. This part is needed to covert crib to a toddler bed. Good quality.
