Knowing we were moving from NYC, we bought this crib for $125 back in 2013 so we wouldn't be upset to chuck it/give it away and not take in the risk of physical damage during the move to a $1k pottery barn crib. My son was in it until 20 months very comfortably (buy the thick mini mattress). With our second child in texas with a spacious nursery, we bought the kalani crib again (in white) bc babies love intimate spaces. She was out of her bassinet at 2 wks and in this. Having trouble getting rid of all the warning stickers even with goo gone but I think that was by design. my husband assembled it easily the first time, even faster the second time 3 yrs later. This is one of the smartest buys, a friend of mine bought one of the $1k RH behemoths and said, "she better like this bed it's going to be with her Until college" (it converts and grows with the child). I thought to myself, nice, lock her and you into an 18 yr design contract. I will have chucked the crib, not spent a fortune, and give my daughter (and son) the chance to have a grown up room in with the times a decade plus from now. Thanks davinci! Please make some sheets to go with it. Second time round we had to buy the Gerber sheets again which are pink blue white or cream, but I bet customers want sheet optionality. I'm fine with white tho, and loving this crib again! Save the space in your nursery! Give it away when done. Don't fall victim to the big Cadillac cribs out there, little ones like cozy.

The delivery took a month and when received there was a broken arm piece. It looked like it was packaged that way.

Neither my husband or I saw the point of getting a full size crib so we did the mini crib and love it. Super easy to put together and holding up really well 8 months in. We love that it’s Greengaurd certified, which was a big part of the reason we bought it.

Bought as "grandmother" crib, not primary one. Arrived well-packed and in good shape. Assembly (by myself) took about 2-3 hours. Average complexity. Resulted in a very solid feeling crib. And I like that next year I can order conversion kit for toddler bed.

Have not used this yet but assembled easily and feels sturdy and smooth. Looks great in the nursery! Did not use mattress that came with it because it seemed too thin but instead bought a 4 inch serta standard mini crib size mattress and it fits snuggly in the crib. Perfect size crib for a small 8 x8 nursery!

Perfect for my needs right now being a grannysitter. However, I tried to procure the other portion that turns it into a child's bed for later on and was unable to procure that part no matter where I looked.
