At first few un-popped kernels fly out of the machine, then after few minutes popped pop corn come popping out.

Poorly constructed - sounded loud like a jet engine - and stopped working after a few uses. Initially when I put rubber bands around the body the sound was almost tolerable, helping whatever was loose and vibrating inside. (It also scatters kernels and left many in the machine but was relatively OK with that.) Had a popcorn popper I used every few days for many, many years without a single issue - they are wonderful to have. This is a pretty looking thing. Would happily pay more for better construction!!!

Worked great for awhile - then all of a sudden when I turned it on it made the sounds of air moving, but never got hot. Only had it for maybe a year. Really disappointing because I prefer this type of popcorn instead of making it in a bag.... Wouldn't suggest this specific product. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing - but I bought it in person...

I had it for a little over a year. We used it frequently for our Friday movie nights. It suddenly started making a funky noise and now it's just loud and doesn't heat up enough to pop the popcorn. I'm going to try the other brand now. It's $10 more, but maybe it'll last longer than 14 months.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The only thing this machine did was heat up and spew out flaming hot UNPOPPED kernels. I was scrambling to pick them up, burning my hands the whole time, before my puppy could get them and burn herself on them. What a piece of garbage. I’m going to ice my burnt fingers now!

Kernels fly out and go all over the place. Even when you stand there tipping it backwards the entire time, trying to keep the kernels from flying across the room. A piece of garbage. Ordered a Presto on Amazon. Used it last night and it works perfectly.

For best results, we recommend checking the size of your kernels, as smaller mini kernels do not pop as well in air popping popcorn makers. We also suggest checking that you are using the recommended amount of kernels as using fewer kernels can also yield negative results. I’ve had 2 of these and after about 10 times or so using it they stop moving the popcorn kernels and make an odd sound and then flood your home with the aroma of smoke and burnt popcorn.

Lasted year and two months, not overused, maybe every two weeks, Just stopped working without any signs. Opened, couldn't find anything, I assume heater died.

Received this item as a gift for Christmas. Every time I’ve tried to use it, it spits BURNING HOT kernels out and pops about 1/4 of what I put in. Honestly, I will be throwing mine away. Truly a piece of trash.
