Was shopping around for an electric kettle. I originally was just using the keurig we have but it wasn’t tasting right. This is super easy to use. Easy to store on the counter top.

I like the fact that it keeps the water warm, helps in cutting down on reheating. It's a bit heavy for me to use, but since the body is cool to touch, I can use both hands - very nice. We're pleased with the purchase.

Kettle heats up water fast and I like that it stays cool to the touch even though the water just boiled. I also like that the beep isn't very loud. Overall good, functional kettle. What I am not a huge fan of is the lid section. It is plastic, and you are always pouring the water through that. Additionally, lid construction makes the water stay inside the lid (or spill out if the lid is tilted to the side). Final complaint is regarding the top of the kettle - since it narrows to keep the lid in place, you have to tilt the kettle over 90 degrees to pour the water out to empty all the water.

This item is big and clunky. If there was a 1-liter version,, it would be great. But I don’t think there’s anything on the market like that. Once in a while, one might want to descale or clean the interior, but the opening is small. Hot water also comes in contact with plastic, which is not ideal. Returned item day after I got it.

Works exactly as advertised. Keeps water warm at the constant chosen temperature. Very attractive.

I am an easy person to please when it comes to household appliances and gadgets. In most cases, a water kettle is a water kettle, right? Wrong. I bought this yesterday because my old kettle died and I needed a new one. I can not tell you how incredibly disappointed I am with this purchase. I heated water last night for tea and found that every time I poured the water into my cup, the steam burned my hand. I tried pouring it several different ways and got burned every time, no matter which angle I tried. I will be returning it this afternoon. Very poorly designed!

There is a serious design flaw in this electric kettle. You have to press down on a lever that then unleashes 203 degree hot steam (because for some reason, it won't heat it past that temp, it just pulls more electricity to try and get it to an unreachable, imaginary number...which it will never get to...so it won't shut off..) directly at your finger holding down the lever. I'm very disappointed because its a solid device that will keep your water hot for a while.

I went to a BB&B store to purchase an electric kettle and my local store did not carry any. The BB&B Customer Service Associate spent well over 25 minutes helping me find one online that I felt comfortable trying out. I am enjoying it. Quickly boils water, has a warmer and well insulated carafe. It has a temperature gauge which lets me know how hot the water is at all times. Beauitiful colors to pick from-mine is aqua and is very pretty. Automatically shuts off when water level is too low or not in use. Great find!
