Honestly I didn’t expect much given the low price. But this thing is fantastic and versatile. The killer feature: removeable panels that can be cleaned easily and thoroughly,. Recommended.

And egg whites run off when trying to fry them. The bottom plate gets hotter than the top. I’m not sure what the people leaving five star reviews are using it for.

I owned a Cuisinart Griddler, but it was an older model that wouldn’t accommodate the waffle plates. Since I didn’t want a second appliance, I bought the newer version. It was a great deal at BBB because the waffle plates came free as an exclusive BBB bonus. It was also on sale for Boxing Day and I was able to use a 20% off coupon. Amazing value!!

I’m using this griddle to make breakfast paninis, lunch/dinner grilled chicken/meat/fish or vegetables. It’s very easy to use and also very satisfying so far. I haven’t used the waffle plates yet. Will update if I found anything wrong with them, which I hope not :D

I find the lid does not godown enough so the waffles are not cooked on one side. And I have to flip the meat not sure if it is just a defective one or not. If I hold it down it cooks both sides of my waffles
