I bought this six months ago and we use it 2 or 3 times a week. It's a little slow to start popping but the popcorn is always great when it is finished, and no burnt popcorn. Because it is tall and slim it fits on my countertop nicely and it is so easy to use and clean when finished.
Used the machine a few times and the red clips that hold that heat plate have broken off. Would be a great product otherwise. I've submitted a warranty claim, we'll see how it's handled. Cuisinart.. please think of recalling this product and fixing the issue!

Bought it and the one side tab broke ,sent it to cuisinart and they fixed it ,which took a long time , then once I got it back I baby'd the bottom piece while placing it on the machine and it still broke, the maker worked great until the clips let go , the need a different design for the clips ! grrrr

We purchased the popper 6 weeks ago. The bowl/dome has become warped and does not fit the plate anymore.

I liked it so much at first I bought another two as gifts. The top bowl cracked the clips have broken off of all of them.

I received this machine for Christmas. The popcorn is really good, but the machine simply stopped working after 6 months. The motor isin't working anymore. Even the "on" light dosen't work.

I've had this model for 1+ years now and use it a couple of times a week. It's been reliable so far and great value. The popcorn has much more flavour than air popcorn. A healthy snack (for the most part!), easy care and inexpensive.

Makes great popcorn, but has the same handle clip breaking problem mentioned in the other reviews (shears off at the bottom). Either the part design or the plastic used for the clip is not up to the task it was designed for.... for any length of time.
