We gave this to my younger sister in Oct. as an early Christmas present. With winter holidays baking & food prep increases. She’s been without for a time bc her original large Cuisinart food processor’s plastic components got cracked & deteriorated w age. She LOVED it even though it’s a smaller size (smaller family now that her kids are grown). Cuisinart is a trusted brand so I knew it was a good value. Nice to have it shipped directly to her, also! If she wanted a larger unit I knew she could exchange it toward one at Bed Bath and Beyond.

I thought this was a great value and when it was working I had no complaints. Then one day it decides to stop working. After I finally figured out that a safety switch had failed internally I was able to get it working again. Then one day I couldn’t get the top off of the work bowl because somehow the lid had practically fused with it and I ended up breaking the handle off of the work bowl trying to get the parts separated. I decided to contact Cuisinart to purchase a new work bowl. After a month I receive a reply saying that I was writing to the Canadian Cuisinart customer service branch and they have forwarded the information to the United States Cuisinart customer service branch. Here we are 4 months later and haven’t heard back from them. Today I’ve decided to dispose of my Cuisinart food processor blender juicer combo system because I need a food processor and this is now a very expensive waste of space in my kitchen. I previously had an issue with my Cuisinart SS15 coffee machine. I’m now finished with Conair corp.

Its dinky. Its small and doesn’t chop anything evenly. I’m so disappointed in this thing. I had to shake it every time just to get the bigger pieces to chop, and even then I ended up breaking apart chunks with my fingers. I definitely didn’t overfill it, so that wasn’t the issue unless it can only handle a cup of material at a time.

I love the both and all I need for my kitchen. Like others have stated, both the blender and food processor are good for smaller quantities.

I bought this almost a year ago, it is a good investment for a second home or investment rental property. The plastic already fogged up for the food processor because I used it so many times. If you have a small space, I would recommend this product.

So far, it seems to do all that I need it to do. I had a commercial type blender before , and decided I wanted a smaller one. Probably the only thing I won’t be able to do is grind, which is not needed any longer. The shoot for the processor is small, so consider when purchasing if you want to cut vegetables smaller to fit in.

My previous food processor lasted 40 years. It did not stop working instead I dropped the bowl & it cracked. This one looks great, the blender is an added bonus. Looking forward to another 40 years

The lid to my old food processor broke and they no longer stock the replacements. So I purchased this as its more or less the updated version. Sorry to say This product is cheap and flimsy and nowhere near the quality of the old one. Very disappointing.
