This pizza stone is super durable and makes a great pizza. I preheat the stone to 500 and pop my pizza in the oven with my pizza peel. The crust comes out even and crispy.

The food doesn't stick to it and it's easy to just wash with water and a plastic scraper. The food cooks nice and evenly on it. Get one!!

It’s a black ceramic pizza stone and a great size as it will fit a 12 inch pizza. It takes just under 8 minutes to cook a pizza. And my pizza crust came out beautifully crisp and no soggy areas. I haven’t got a pizza oven yet, but I plan on getting one. I trust Cuisinart and have several kitchen appliances from them, so I know that they are quality products. Clean up was super easy! It can go into the dishwasher and withstands high temperatures in the oven or grill. I set my oven to 500 degrees, definitely will need oven mitts. I love my pizza stone

Use corn meal on the bottom of stone and pizza paddle to prevent sticking. Make the pizza on a cool pizza paddle and transfer to the hot pizza stone that is already in the oven or grill.

We received this grilling stone and are amazed at the difference in the quality of the final product. We used the stone in our oven, preheating it at 475 for about an hour before we are ready to prepare the pizzas. The pizza was fully made with sauce and toppings then we transfered it to the stone using a peel, dusted with a little cornmeal to prevent sticking. Once on the hot stone the dough began to bake immediately and was done in about 8 minutes. The crust was super crisp with all the toppings melted and cooked through. We let the stone cool in the oven and once cold enough it washed up easily. It is dishwasher safe and can be used on a bbq grill. We will not be going back to our outdated metal pizza pan.

I love making pizzas on this stone. I bought it primary to use for frozen pizza in the oven. We have used it on the grill also. Pizzas turn out great!
