We LOVE this 2 basket fryer but after only a couple uses the lower the temperature button is not working. BB&B is exchanging it for another. I hope that one is ok.
The Crux air fryer that we purchased has a faulty temp down button. It is extremely difficult to change the temperature in the down direction. The increase temperature button seems to be working correctly. We did use it once and we were very pleased with our brussel sprout recipe on one side. We were disappointed that the French fries needed to be spaced on the bottom surface. We were only able to cook a handful at a time. If you want to use both sides of the air fryer at the same time, the cook time is doubled! This actually rendered the purpose of having the extra cook space useless! It would be just as easy to have a smaller unit and cook twice! The Crux is HUGE in its counter presence! We will be returning ours since it doesn’t even work as intended. You will need a large kitchen and a lot of time to enjoy this appliance.

I really love the product and the versatility of having the dual baskets and be able to run time/temps separately or together. The only issue I have been having since the first day I got it is that sometimes I have difficulty trying to change the temperature or time or even when I am first picking whether I want to air fry, bake, etc. I have to touch the selection numerous times before it changes to what I need. I try pushing gently and then I try pushing down on it more solid and it just doesn't want to respond. That has been the only thing that has frustrated me about it. I do not know if all of them are that way or if I just happen to receive one that it is an issue with it. Other than that I absolutely love it!
I bought this yesterday, set it up today, made some geat wedge fries; While the fries were cooking, I made a Cinnamon baked apple that finished after I ate the fries. BUT--I can only move the temps up, but it is impossible to get the temps below 400 degrees f. It will be going back to Bed, Bath and beyond. sad, because other than that major flaw, I like the thing.
Nothing cooked as per recipe instructions. soggy or rock hard food. Had to return it.
I was wondering why after only using it maybe 4 times, every single time one side was lukewarm and the other would actually cook. What a waste. I’ve only had it for one week.
Timing left some soggy then some burned. No tasty treats
I ordered this and had sent to HI to my son and family. It only took 3 days to get there!! Wonderful product
I just love my new Crux air fryer! So much that I actually bought one for my mom and brother lol. Beautiful design, easy to use, easy to clean, lots of cooking options, allows you to cook different items in the separate dual cooking trays, all at a good price point.
I am enjoying and love my Artisan Dual Basket Air Fryer, it is an excellent product, Never regret buying it.
