Was so excited to order this doormat , it was the perfect size , color and design and I love our name personalized on it. However after the first week it started peeling and little fuzz coming of it , I vacuum it all the time and now it’s been 2 months and I have to throw it out as it looks terrible :( so sad as I loved the look of it. Definitely not made out of a good material for a front door mat , and it was kept on the inside of the door. Wish we could return or exchange it.

Love the look of it and the personalization , but the quality is very poor. Started fading and material looks worn out only after a few weeks of it being out.

Disappointed in the “Fading” of this product. Hadn’t even been 6 months snd it had totally faded to a pinkish color. The original color was gray and blue.

Not too happy with the black mat that the doormat fits into. It just lays there with nothing to secure it so when the wind is strong it blows out.

I was disappointed in the flaw in this door mat. I have ordered before and it came out perfect. Not his time.

We ordered in the red color, Welcome Mat with our address on the bottom of the Mat. My husband was so surprised that it arrived quickly and quality material.

Pkg was several wks late! After the initial order they never contacted me. Not once - even tho the wks just kept going by & I still had no pkg. I wasn't given any contact info, of any kind, to inquire about my mat. Not a friendly place 2 do business with.
