CorningWare® Nonstick Cast Aluminum Covered Roaster

Great size and light but the ceramic lining is very fragile. After only one use, aleready broken on bottom and size.

I loved the look of this roaster. I no longer use the large roaster of years past. This one is the perfect size for a pot roast or small turkey. I cooked a pork roast but when I sliced the roast in the pan, it scratched the bottom on the inside. I expected it to be more durable.

While the roaster is beautiful and lightweight and I would have loved it, the coating came off after the first use. I'm pretty sure even if you treat this like the most fragile teflon pan you have you'll eventually scratch everything off. I've seen the return policy and I do not want to have to pay shipping back when it's a big portion of the cost of this pan, and the nearest retailer is about 160+miles round trip. Anyways, they say the use is not affected but if the coating comes off this easily it likely would end up in food.

I actually bought these as gifts for upcoming birthdays. I have not used them nor have I given the gifts yet as their birthdays have not arrived
