Love it. I don't even think you could burn anything in it
In the French Navy series, similarly well made. I haven't had time to cook with it yet but I have high expectations.

This is a very nice, well-built Dutch oven. I'm sure it will provide years of service. I really like that it is much lighter than the much more expensive Dutch oven brands.

Right on the box is written "Scratch Resistant". But the enameled coating got scratched the very first use. All that I did was gently reach inside the pot after cooking my roast, without any stirring or scraping. This could hardly be called scratch resistant.

I love this pot so much. It is perfect. Didn’t dry up to fast when I did some Vietnamese caramelize pork and it wash so easy to clean. No need to scrub. Love it.

Easy to clean. No scrubbing and love the size. Just what I need. The pot does not dry out what you are cooking to fast. Love it.
