Contour® Legacy Leg Pillow in White

I impulsively bought this while in-store shopping, as I have been waking up each night with severe back pain in my shoulder area and at the bottom of my spine. I have had this pain for years, but it has increasingly gotten worse over the past 5 months. I figured it would be worth a shot, and yes, I was skeptical when I saw it at first. I am very grateful that I chose to buy it, albeit impulsively. I had not done any research on it, I just knew that I needed something like it. I have used it for a week now and after each night, I wake up with ZERO BACK PAIN. None. It's amazing and I feel so much better throughout the day (especially when bending down at work!). The one thing I really don't like about it, is that it is not that comfortable to sleep with as I repeatedly have to adjust it throughout the night. It will take some getting used to. But to be frank, it is so worth it, because I'd rather be bothered throughout the night with it then wake up with the severe back pain. I highly recommend at least giving it a try to see if it works for you. And if it doesn't, just return it - they have a satisfaction guaranteed policy for a reason.

I love this product it moves with me. I find some of the others too thick and uncomfortable. I have had two hip replacements and found this works the best. I have machine washed it as well.

The leg pillow is pretty small, but that’s not the main issue. The problem is that the part that keeps your legs separated is less than 1 inch thick. That’s not that much to separate your knees. It provides as much separation as a worn out pillow. A fluffy pillow would work better.

I haven't used the pillow yet so I can't say anything about that but I just purchased it and have found out that the product itself says that the cover is hand wash with water only but the website product details list that it's machine washable?
