The battery was useless coming out of the box. Has barely held a charge ever. I am a professional battery and battery systems rep. This stinks

I had an old conair hair trimmer that lasted YEARS, so I felt confident buying this thing. Unfortunately, quality slipped in those years. This thing didn't last long; and now it's a paperweight. If you could use it while plugged in it would be at least a little useful, but no. It's entirely useless! Don't waste your money!

After less than a month of use the battery was drained to a point where a full charge lasted less than 5 minutes. Can't even get a full shave out of one charge... then the plastic parts started breaking. Previous trimmer lasted me 5 years... this one almost 6 months... cheap.

got this trimmer, used it 3 times, charged it one day and nothing, it won`t turn on, I thought it was the charger so went to a different outlet and left it a full day and still nothing, waste of money at this point!
