I absolutely love this product no more having to cut my brownies it does it for me and evenly too. Not sure why I haven't bought it sooner I'd definitely recommend this to anyone that likes to bake.
I bought this for my daughter-in-law. She tried it and everything stuck together. Didn't end up with one brownie in a square shape! Had to scrape all those sides to get the brownie off. Crumbs did make a good ice cream topping though. I asked for it back and tried it myself with the same result!?!?!? I'm taking it back.

This brownie pan is awesome! So easy to use, and the brownies come out perfect.
Is it too much time, or the wrong oil, or just what. Cleans well. I like it. I'm kinda new at this. The sales gal was special. She's a value to BB&B.
The first thing I noticed was the weight of the pan, nice and solid, not flimsy at all. I made a batch of brownies and they came out more cake like which is what we like. The insert allows each piece to cook as though it is a corner piece. if you like more fudgyyou could leave the insert out.
I USED IT TO MAKE BROWNIES THEN I PUT THE BROWNIE CUTTER THAT CAME WITH THE PAN AND IT CUT THE BROWNIES PERFECTLY EVEN AFTER THEY COOLED A BIT AND I WAS ABLE TO LIFT THE BROWNIES OUT WITH NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. THE BROWNIES DIDN’T EVEN STICK TO THE PAN.
Brownie mix finds its way under the lift tray ..fudge style OK ..but cake style is very messy !
Works too make miniature muffins
This is the greatest brownie pan. My regular brownice recipe doesn’t come out nearly as good in other pans/pyrexes as they do in this. The size of each brownie is a bit large but I’ll cut them in half when I’m baking for a lot of people. Easy clean in the dishwasher!
Works perfectly for making granola bars.
