First, I'd like to start off by saying that the Ultima Pro makes a good tasting Americano. However, it's relative to the type of beans and grinder one uses. We use Lavazzo and a burr grinder with good results and better flavor than we ever got from our Mr. Coffee espresso machine. Our complaint (as echoed by many who purchase this machine) is that the espresso and/or Americano made never finishes hot. Every time it is luke warm. We've tried waiting longer for the machine to heat up, starting with a very warm porta-filter, very warm cups and nothing helps. We have to place in microwave for 20 seconds after making each cup. Capresso needs to fix this flaw that they must know exists. We're debating whether to keep it or not.

I’ve had this product for a number of years and have been very happy with it. I needed to replace my old one and have received two replacements that have leaked water and have returned I will try one more new one before moving on to another brand

The cappuccino maker stopped working after nine months. Considering the price, I had higher expectations. Hopefully, the manufacturer will make it right.

it was working really fine at first, but then it started leaking after a couple of months. Also, it is so noisy. I don't recommend this machine to anyone.

We've had this machine for about 4 or 5 months now and we love it. This machine has paid for itself with the amount of money we have saved from not going to a coffee shop. Literally, the only complaint that I have is that it is loud af. We live in an apartment building so I can guarantee that our neighbors hear this thing chugging along in the morning while we make our lattes (which are fantastic by the way). We have not encountered any issues with the operation of the machine itself. We got the OXO burr grinder from BB&B to grind our coffee for the machine and it work's really well too.

So far we are very happy with this product. The coffee is very good. I got used to the blinking before ready lights. Only problem is that my mugs are too tall. Still looking for a shorter but wider cup. I like to make a double latte.

I purchased this espresso machine as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law. It replaced their older steam machine. I've been so pleased to hear that they love it. They've said that it's easy to use and makes great espresso as well as specialty drinks. They've been using it twice a day for over a month now with no problems. Win-Win!

I love the product. My only criticism is it took so long to get. Tracking and correspondence through company and BB&B I lost my enthusiasm for it.
