Drill Bit needed for anchors

These rods look nice once installed, but I found the instructions were missing a vital piece of information - what size drill bit to use for the anchors. It is easy to make the hole too big but I found that my 11/64" bit was the perfect size for installation. Use the anchors if you are not drilling directly into a stud.

The hooks holding are curtain rod broke. These are an exact match and a perfect replacement as the rod itself is fine.

My rod is 4 inches in diameter. I cannot find anywhere on site what diameter the bracket holds. Help. I love this bracket but not sure if my rod will fit!

This will not hold a 4" diameter rod. We are sorry, this seems like a special order diameter rod. This bracket will fit a 1 1/8" diameter rod. MSG

Unless you install these into a stud they are useless! Even into a stud they don’t hold full length curtains that aren’t sheers. The orientation of the screws(horizontal not vertical) makes them very wobbly. I’m returning them for a more intelligently designed hanging device.

The color is a muted gold and not brassy. I mounted it on the inside frame of the window and I am pleased that the length was long enough to come out far enough to use and hold the rod I purchased.
