Brookstone® Perfect 24-Inch Queen Air Mattress in Grey

Let me start with this - I’m buying a second one because be far this has been beyond what I was expecting. Far better than any others I have purchased. But, I bought in 2021 and there have been defects. Formed a hump about six months in. I added a topper and fixed the challenge. Nine months in started to deflate and more humps. I don’t have time to wait on warranty etc, just buying a new one.

This item says warranty is for 3 years, but manufacturers warranty says 1 year on mattress and three on pump. Still awaiting clarification from BB&B and Brookstone/London Luxury LLC

I really wanted this to work. I have not used it but set it up in the bedroom. Every day I have to inflate it as it keeps losing air. I do not see any leaks, and the plug is securely in the whole but it continues to lose air. I am going to start a return on this.

So far so good. It seems to lose a little air over a couple of days but it takes literally, a couple of seconds to inflate it again. It is comfortable and fits perfectly in my bedroom with my full size bed.

This by far! Is thee! Best air Mattress I've ever slept on...its perfect for guest and I received so many compliments about how well guest slept. I love the built in pump and the storage bag to neatly store away when not in use.

I bought this product about 6 months ago. Used it only a handful of times and the mattress loses air in the middle of the night. I woke up sinking into it. I really love the air mattress and I can’t imagine there would even be a hole in it with how little we used it.
