Brookstone® N-A-P® Heated Throw

Bough this heated throw for Xmas gift and worked fine at beginning and after 6 months the power will not turn on waste of money!!! Never buy brookstone product again. Has 5 yr warranty on box but whe you call the number listed its out of service. BBB will not offer any assistance

Will no longer heat

Love heated blankets, and they typically have a shorter lifespan than we'd like - but in the case of these blankets its almost fraud how horrible they are. Less than a month, and all 3 of 3 purchased were broken. BBB was great in sending me a replacement for each - but I have no reason to think they'll last any longer than a month either.

Purchased one of these Brookstone blankets two years ago, and the quality has dropped dramatically. The previous purchase had a sherpa backing. This one does not and is considerably thinner. The bottom third of the blanket produces no heat, and the tags and power connection are on the FRONT of the blanket.

The fleece material is a bit irritating & it doesn’t get hot even on highest temperature.

The blanket is awesome cause it’s light and the fabric is great. However, it only heats in spots not all over which is a bummer. I will be returning it because I don’t like how it only heats in certain few spots which doesn’t make it feel heated even when on the highest setting.

I received this throw a year ago and fell in love with it, so I ordered 3 for my grandkids this year. Unfortunately 3 days after I ordered my 1 year old heated throw died and bed bath and beyond will do nothing about it. I'm so disappointed and when the 3 new ones I bought die I will buy a different brand from a different store.

It does what it is supposed to.
