The Breville Smooth Wave microwave is a lovely microwave; stainless steel and appealing design. Functionally, it works as designed, flawlessly. My only complaint is the door, it is sticky. It closes beautifully; however, It requires two hands to open, one to hold the microwave steady, the other to open the door which does not open smoothly. Best not to have any liquid too full in the container, it will spill when opening the door.

You sent me two different microwaves and neither ever worked properly straight out of the box. Both microwaves gave an E-09 error within a minute of being turned on. Horrible product and I still do not have a working microwave.
