After only 2 months of use the fruit on the left comes out soaking wet with the juice, wasting so much of the money I spend on organic fruits. To add, PULP comes out of the juicing side now. Made me want to puke. Do not buy this unless you want to waste your money.

I am a novice juicer. I thought the first juicer I had for a couple of months was the best thing under the sun but... when I had to exchange it for a new one I upgraded to this juicer. I wasn't sure if it was worth the extra money -- It was! I don't have to filter out pulp, it is easier to clean, the mesh is higher quality, and the collection bin is larger, and again it is easier to clean! Very very happy customer! It's worth every penny!

I absolutely love this Juicer! I had a masticating juicer prior to this, it was slow and often clogged when juicing which made the process much longer. This juicer is spectacular!! I process beets, carrots, apples, and ginger in minutes! The large feed tube sets this apart, can process whole fruits and vegetables instantly. As for the waste, beets, carrots, and apples, are reduced to a sawdust consistency as expected, more watery fruits, oranges, pineapples etc. are more wet, as to be expected because these fruits consist mostly of water. I've used this machine everyday since I've received it, great buy!! Do yourself a favor, watch the America's Test Kitchen review on it's proper use, read the manual, and sit back and enjoy some delicious Juice!! Well Done Breville!!

Same issue as many others, after 4 months using it, not producing enough juice, have to always manually squeeze juice from the waste basket.

I’ve had my juicer for less than 6 month. It doesn’t work well with leafy vegetables! I can get kale or spinach to give a good return. Pineapples get clogged in the blades and cause juice to come out from under the basin! I think I need a new blade but can’t find out where to get one.

Do not purchase this or any Breville juicer for that matter. After a few months you will need to replace the filter basket as it becomes incredibly clogged no matter how often you clean/ scrub it. I've had this juicer for 8 months and most of the juice ends up in the waste bin. I have to use a milk bag to them squeeze out the 'pulp' into my juice since the juicer itself only supplies 1/4 of what it should make. Stick to a slow press juicer elsewhere - this one is awful.

I love the prompt support I got from the Brevielle Customer Care Team when there was an issue with my product. The brand has a great image and they stand by it!

Like most people are saying, the juicer dont not juice the way it should. The pulp is still filled with juicer. I dont even wanna use it again.
