Have had this 9095 for about 6 months and need a replacement head, i always wear through any electric shaver way faster than they recommend normal replacement as my hair is way way thicker than a normal person. This shaver has held up much better than any other shaver system i have ever owned i just wish the replacement heads were available! Any idea where to get one without purchasing a brand new unit?
I can only review the head that is on my shaver, because there are apparently no replacement heads available in the US (maybe anywhere), for less than the price of the shaver, which sort of defeats the purpose of purchasing a replacement head. I would rate Braun less than 1 star for deployment of this product, now on the market for over a year, with no customer support in sight; the excellence of a product that is unavailable is an academic point. Back to Panasonic....

Shaves great when new. But in a couple months blades get dull and shave isn’t as good. Foil then breaks and usually end up cutting yourself before new very expensive head gets here. I can’t get 4-5 months per head and I clean every 3rd day. I’m probably going to have to explore a different razor

This is the best electric shaver money can buy.
Really not good - these heads are supposed to last 12-18 months, they rarely last 6-9!

The replacement shaver head lasts two months, adding $250+ / year cost. While I love the shave from a new blade, after two months, the foil degrades rapidly. When the foil degrades, it cuts my face up. My face then takes a day or two to heal. I shave daily. I use the wash base daily. As far as I know, I'm doing what I can to care for the shaver head, but it just falls apart.

I do enjoy my series 9 razor but they cost of keeping it running is astronomical. I shave everyday and need to replace my shaver head every 3 to 4 months. They become so dull after 2 months and I lose that close shave. This becomes expensive. Even if you clean your razor every other day, this does not seem to help.

The newest foil came apart in less than one month. I never had problems before this past year.

I have the s9 pro. I grow mainly stubble and have used the razor for 8 months. I shave usually every 4-5 days and hair gets pulled. I’ve tried different angles. I’ve also had a few hairs that the blade won’t cut. I keep running the razor over and over it again and it won’t cut it until I go over it about 10 times.

We know you've tried many different directions, but we've found that stretching the skin tight and shaving against the growth of the hair helps the most. I bought a Series 9 over 1.5 years ago. It stayed under my sink in its original sealed package. I kept using my Series 7 until I dropped it and a blade (I think) fell out. Last October 2021, I finally took it out of the sealed box. I am NOT receiving the same close shave as the Series 7 foil. I don’t understand why. I hope that Braun fixes (they may have already) with a better foil and blades. I have been having to use a regular disposable razor to go over my face in places that the Series 9 did not shave cleanly and as close as I am used to.
