Boneco W200 Humidifer/Air Washer

I was disappointed in the performance. Using it only at night, it ran out of water before I awoke in the morning. It was quiet but not silent so I moved it across the room. Also, the green light from the dial illuminated the room.

I returned it. Impossible to assemble to use. Holds very little water. I like the older models. Air O Swiss was great!

This product is great because you can wash the filter in the dishwasher and it is super quite.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase . I generally have it running everyday on high to combat the dry/high altitude climate in Denver, CO. It also helps with smoke from fires in the summer that are a growing issue due to climate change. (+) indicate things that I appreciate about the product and (-) are areas for improvement: (+) Quiet (especially compared to an older, less-expensive humidifier I was using before this) (+) Easy to clean - can put most pieces in dishwasher (+) Reusable filter (+) Quick customer service for warranty-related issues via Boneco (they replaced my reusable filter for free - it was snagging/getting misshapen from laundry wash, even though I did it on knit/delicate cycle only after about 3 months, but they said this is a relatively uncommon issue) (-) Design for reloading water could be more user-friendly: it's just one open/square tub that you fill up - a little sloshy when you take it to/from the sink to refill (-) I'd love to see an upgraded version that had a HEPA filter (this one just removes larger particles) and 1 more level of humidifying power (maybe the second piece could be handled by getting the larger SQFT size)

The Boneco W200 does an excellent job of humidifying a small area. Occasional cleaning is easier than with most other humidifiers. But do yourself a favor and buy the W300 for much less frequent filling.

I have had to refill it every day since I started running it. It also needs rinsed out at least every third day as it gets yellowish inside. It is quiet on the night mode.

It is extremely easy to clean...which means it will last longer.
