Bona® Hardwood Floor Premium Spray Mop

I am reading reviews dated in 2023 & 2024. How can reviews be written in the future? It is 2022.

I have used Bona spray mob before but this particular product broke in 2 months since I got it. The clip that the stick holds on broke so the handle keeps coming out.

You cannot refill the canister, even though you sell a refill container, because it leaks all over. The old canister style you could refill, which I liked because you didn't have so much plastic waste. Now you have to buy a new canister every time you run out, which is after three or four cleanings.

After a couple of weeks, the spray doesn’t spray out like when I first got. Took it apart, run hot water through to maybe clear out the system, put it together, two sprays in, I thought, “ yay it’s fixed”. NOPE! I hate to throw away so much plastic. What a waste of money.

Opened it up for first time and put it together, but the sprayer doesn’t work

I’ve had this for about three weeks and it’s already broke at the attachment from the handle to the mop rag. So frustrating. The plastic broke and now I realize how cheaply made this product is.

I loved this mop until I refilled the tank.. now no matter what, I can’t get it to click in to the base and spray again. Please help!

I received this mop as a gift. I thought I would love it after the first use. It doesn't work now. There is still vibration and of course my moving motion for mopping, but the spray doesn't come out. I have to keep taking the bottle out and putting it back in, I also have to wipe the hole where the cleaner is supposed to come out. I have to do this every time I want to use the spray cleaner connected to the mop. I guess I can just go back to the Swiffer. Very disappointed
