I bought this about 3 months ago, and I just love it! I love the Blendtec blender and this is just the icing the cake !! Works perfectly - so quiet -so easy to use - so easy to clean ! Just PERFECT in every way !

Sadly I'm on my fourth or fifth (lost count) replacement blendtec pro 800. They have all burned themselves out when the hot soup mode was used, filling my kitchen with burned electronics smells. This blender outperformed my expectations… I have a blendtec 575. I wanted something that was quieter, I can close the lid and continue a conversation in the kitchen. That wasn’t the case with my 575. Also worth noting is the consistency of my protein shakes are soooo much better I assume it’s from the more powerful motor. But it’s a game changer imo. If you’re wondering if it’s worth the 800 bucks. I would say easily.

So far, so fantastic! It is wonderfully quiet and powerful. We are a couple of months in and have used daily for smoothies and many times a week on top of that for hummus, cheese sauces, soups and more.

After the second blend it started smoking. Super sad and disappointed. I hope I can take it to Orem, UT store and get it replaced or fixed :(
