I bought this a month ago. And the first time i used it the water wouldn’t stop dripping from the steam head. And dripped all over my shirt. I was using it correctly. In fact, i left the steamer on the floor, steady, until it was hot enough to use it… and before i could grab it, the water started dripping.

second and third time use didn’t work well

I got this in the mail, used it the first time and it worked really well. I was happy with my purchase so I threw out the box. However, the second and third time I used this, I’m not sure what happened since the first use. It started spitting water out half the time while I steamed. It wasn’t very productive. Guess you get what you paid for. Wish I didn’t throw the box out to be able to return or exchange it if it’s just defective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently went on vacation and I too my easy garment steamer along. I am so glad I did because there was no iron at our rental. I was extremely impressed at how well and quickly I was able to dewrinkle our clothes as needed. It was the perfect size to be portable and not take up a lot of room in our luggage. I highly recomend.
