[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a toaster. It works well and easy to use knobs and controls. My only two items keeping this rating from an excellent are these: 1. The instructions state to start with setting 4 for medium. This is NOT medium. It burnt my first 2 slice of toast. So start with a 2.5. 2. I do not like the crumb doors. My last toaster had a tray that simply slid out from underneath. Now I need to unplug the toaster and open the two doors over the trash or sink. Quite cumbersome. Otherwise, it toasts.

I love my toaster because I have one that you can warm up for at the same time instead of just chill it is so amazing

Got this new 4 slice toaster because my old was was only toasting 1 side of the bread. This one is dking the same thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can toast bagels and toast at same time with separate tyoe settings and toast darkness. Also great customer service. I had my last 2 slice Black & Decker 10 years. It still worked great but I gave it to my granddaughter and tried 2 different generic brands. I caught fire when the toast popped up and the other one only toasted on one side. So of course I went back to Black & Decker.

Disappointed doesn’t toast evenly on both sides in any of the slots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice toaster. The 4 slots are big enough for whatever bread product you want to toast. I use the frozen button for frozen waffles and they come out great each time. The only problem I have had with it is the bottom crumb tray on one side won’t stay closed.
