I bought this item in-store, then upon the first use it worked fine, then within a few more uses, the machine started leaking dirty waste water at the bottom. Support directs you to remove and clean the seal at the bottom. But when you clean it, it still leaks. Support directs you again to a YouTube video to clean the waste tank seal again, then it still leaks, but since you don't use it every day (only every couple of months) the warranty expires before you can actually get something fixed. It's just a poor design, so I would suggest another brand. A spray bottle, brush and shop vac are a better option at this point.

I only just purchased this today, but I have put it to work and am so happy with it. The only thing I wish it had was a longer hose but that's where the long power cord and light weight features come into play, so really not a big deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked pretty well until hose failed after ~ 10 uses. Hose cracked, no replacement options... was stored inside and used appropriately. Angle of the hose/clip is faulty and kinks the hose to almost 90degrees , this is where it failed.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought my machine just over 3 years ago. Have used it to clean a chair once and 2 times to clean rug on stairs. On fourth uses barely any water came out of spray nozzle. On fifth use no water is released. Have followed instruction in booklet. Even pushed air thru hose that it is bubbling in the tank so hose is not blocked.

It works well for spills, urine, car/furniture upholstery, etc. Hose is stiff and very awkward to manipulate and broke/ripped open after a few uses. Beware of pre treating stains because if you use a product that creates suds, the dirty water tank overflows and starts spurting nasty water all over your floor. Need to keep this machine on a thick towel while in use which makes it less portable and user friendly.
