I bought a bunch of quilts 30 years ago from BB&Beyond that are finally falling apart. They were REAL quilts, with the pieces stitched together. I've tried for 10 years to find replacements and in every case what I end up with a fake "quilt" that is just a big piece of fabric with a bunch of stitching on top. I've bought close to a dozen "quilts" from 4 different sources and in every case this type of blanket (they are all 100% cotton) is too stiff for comfort, even after dozens of washings. This quilt is different... and the same. What is the same is that it's not a quilt, it's again just a single piece of fabric with a quilt pattern printed on it and a bunch of stitching on top. What is different is that it is SUPER comfortable! It is the closest thing by far to my original actual quilts. I am buying another today for our guest bed. I bought the Blue color. I'm including photos to show that the blue is actually very grey looking. In my photos the dotted pillow case has grey dots on it. The blue pillow case is a dusty blue. I don't mind the grey color, but if you were counting on it looking blue, you may want to pick another color.
