When the item arrived it was dirty looking as there was black stuff that is stuck to the dolls face and won't come off. You would think that the people packaging the staff would pay attention to the product to make sure it's in good condition before they ship it out. It's too close to Christmas to worry about sending it back and returning it and waiting for another one.

I bought it for girls 1st birthday (a week before her b-day), I wrapped the present, placed it into b-day bag and put it into closet. All of the sudden doll started laughing, kicking feet every 10-15 minutes, day and night... we relocated bag with doll several times, but it still did go on suddenly laughing, even in the garage, it got so creepy, scared everybody in the house, especially when it happened during the night, when we were sleeping... Scary, creepy and very annoying! Will return it ASAP!
