The seat would not work because the mounting screw holes did not match up with the width of the wall studs behind the shower walls. All stud spacing are 16 inches on center. Your spacing was only 14 inches. I want to return it but there was no return information on the box. I called the number on the box of your distributor. They have yet to provide me with that. What should I do?

It's well made, and perfect size for our shower! Installation was simple, you should make sure you go into a stud to help support weight.

This 24inch seat is roomy and supports my 220 Lb husband with no problem. It looks nice because it folds down which hides the mounting hardware. When pulled up to take a shower the left-right latches make an audible click to let you know it's locked. For hard of hearing you can raise it up, then push it down with your hands to make sure its locked. Much to our surprise BBB had the lowest price, by a substantial amount, compared to other stores.
