This is my first set of new cookware in 47 years. After researching many products, believe me, I made the best choice of my life (besides choosing my husband). This is the best of the best of anything out there. I HIGHLY recommend this set of cookware.

Even though these are listed as dishwasher safe if you put them in the dishwasher it immediately voids the warranty and All Clad will not honor them. Putting them in the dishwasher causes the metal ring on the bottom of the pots and pans to separate from the sides of the pans. After 2.5 years these are total crap and have to be replaced. I will never buy this brand again

Purchased in 2016. Used these All Clad on a induction cooktop. Pots and pans warped after 2 years. Total junk!

I bought a set of All Clad pots which were supposed have a lifetime guarantee. I had them barely one month before a deep gouge appeared in one of the fry pans. I only use plastic or rubber utensils and am very careful with my cookware. I notified the All Clad company and sent them photos. They denied responsibility. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. I will never buy another of their products, nor will I recommend them.

2 years later and the non-stick on these pots/pans hasn’t budged! We are careful about not using metal utensils in the pans and stacking them with liners but we use them EVERY day and they are still in pristine condition. Highly recommend!

I am using my cookware a lot - a whole lot! I eventually ended up at this “high end” set because I have been told that it’s the best out there. Honestly, it is not… I do not put my cookware in the dishwasher - mainly because it takes up too much space. I only use plastic or rubber, but I do have a gas stove that get fairly hot. The coating outside is not holding up at all, the inside coating is very delicate (again, I do not use metal in there at all). Considering the price tag, I expected a better quality. And please, before anybody tells me to contact the All Clad customer service, I have been there and done that… USELESS!!! Their interpretation of a lifetime warranty is a joke, especially with what they advertise their product to hold up to. My recommendation: go to your closest big box retailer and get a set for a couple hundred bucks (and switch it out every other year). And I only say that because BBB has changed their policies a while back and you won’t be able to exchange it there anymore…

Terrible warranties

bought these pans 4 years ago and the nonstick coasting is pitting and rusting around where the lids touch the pan. Always hand washed and never used metal utensils. Plastic ones are enough to scratch this stuff when it's hot. Stay away they do not honor their warranties.
