Its extra-large 12' x 12' size provides 144 square feet of canopy shade for large gatherings. Set up with Solo Latch is fast and easy. Simply push the latch towards the top of the gazebo, and watch as all 4 corners of the frame stretch out and lock into place. With Solo Latch, you never need to ask for help setting up your gazebo again. Heavy-duty, powder-coated steel legs make this pop-up gazebo extremely durable. The legs have 4 adjustable height positions. The canopy roof covering is made of oxford fabric with a PVC coating and blocks 99% of UV rays. Installation accessories such as fastening ropes and ground stakes are included as well as a heavy-duty wheeled carry bag.
