Easy Returns

We gladly accept returns or exchanges at any of our stores or by mail.

REFUND DETAILS

Refunds with an original receipt or packing slip will be refunded to the original method of payment for the amount paid.

Gift Registry returns or gifts returned with an original gift receipt or packing slip may either be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise credit for the amount paid.

Don't have a receipt? No problem. We can look up the purchase using either your Gift Registry or, if the purchase was made within the last 365 days, the credit card used to make the purchase. If we can't find a record of the purchase, we will gladly complete an exchange or provide you with a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE:

Baby merchandise cannot be used and must be in the same condition and packaging in which you received it.

Breast pumps may only be returned unopened and require proof of purchase.

Baby clothing and Destination Maternity items may only be returned with all tags intact and require proof of purchase. Returns of these items made more than 90 days after the purchase date will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

No Packing Invoice or Pre-paid Shipping Label?

If you do not have the original invoice enclosed with your order or gift from Bed Bath & Beyond or buybuy BABY, or if you don’t have the pre-paid shipping label, please call 1-800-GO BEYONDTM (1-800-462-3966) for assistance. Our associates will be happy to help you.

Follow the instructions on the packing slip which was included in your shipment.
