We gladly accept returns or exchanges at any of our stores or by mail.
Refunds with an original receipt or packing slip will be refunded to the original method of payment* (exceptions apply to PayPal) for the amount paid.
*All purchases paid for with PayPal can only be refunded to a Merchandise Credit.
Gift Registry returns or gifts returned with an original gift receipt or packing slip may either be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise credit for the amount paid.
Don't have a receipt? No problem. We can look up the purchase using either your Gift Registry or, if the purchase was made within the last 365 days, the credit card used to make the purchase. If we can't find a record of the purchase, we will gladly complete an exchange or provide you with a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Baby Merchandise Return Details
Baby merchandise cannot be used and must be in the same condition and packaging in which you received it.
Breast pumps may only be returned unopened and require proof of purchase.
Baby clothing and Destination Maternity items may only be returned with all tags intact and require proof of purchase. Returns of these items made more than 90 days after the purchase date will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

It's easy to return items to our processing center! To ensure we credit you properly, please include your packing slip and complete the information including your telephone number so we may call you with any questions.
Pack your return securely and visit www.bedbathandbeyond.ca/returns to print your free return shipping label. Please print a return label for each box sent.
Returns will be credited back to your original form of payment. Gift returns to our processing center will receive merchandise credit.
