The Wedding Day Emergency Kit: Quick Fixes for Nuptial 911s

Although nothing could dampen your joy and excitement on the big day, it’s always wise to prepare for life’s little emergencies. You need not worry excessively about sudden rainstorms or bouts of nausea, but you shouldn’t forget about them either. Spend some time considering potential mishaps and troubleshoot accordingly. Don’t forget to personalize! If pollen sends you into a sneezing frenzy, be sure to add allergy medicine. If you’ll be spending a lot of time outdoors, include sunscreen. Do you wear contact lenses? Bring re-wetting drops and saline solution. Wondering where to begin? Print out a copy of this sample list and head over to the drugstore

Ask for her help in preparing the emergency kit, and use the time to discuss any fears you may have. As the wedding day approaches, put her in charge of the kit and leave all worries behind.
