At Bed Bath & Beyond, our registrants and their family and friends are very important to us. Our goal is to provide superior customer service making the registry simple and fun for both registrants and gift givers.
While our online registry currently offers bridal registry services, customers may also register in-store for other life events such as anniversaries, housewarmings, graduation and back to school. And because gift giving can extend beyond the event date, registries remain in our system for 24 months following the event date.
At Bed Bath & Beyond, we respect our registrants' privacy. We will refrain from placing bridal registries online until the registrant grants us permission. After obtaining permission, a bridal registry can be changed online only by the registrant, using a password that they have previously selected.
Please note there could be several reasons that a registry may not be available online:
- The registrant has requested not to have their registry available online.
If the registry you are looking for is not listed online, please visit any Bed Bath & Beyond store or call 1-800-GO BEYOND (1-800-462-3966) and a registry consultant will assist you.
From time to time you may notice that a price printed on a registry print-out obtained from one of our stores differs from a price found on our website.
Please note that there are certain items that may appear on a registry which are not currently available on our website. In some cases, due to size restrictions and availability, these items cannot be ordered online. In such an instance, please visit one of our stores or order by calling 1-800-GO BEYOND (1-800-462-3966). Also, certain items may not be readily available and will therefore take longer than other items which are featured on our website.
Registry items can be returned using the packing slip enclosed with an order or can be brought to any one of our many stores. Please see our returns policy for more information on how to return gift items
