We are here to help you through each step of the process - from "Will You?" through "I Do!" The Bridal Toolkit is a state-of-the-art "electronic assistant" that can help you manage and organize all of your critical tasks and To-Do’s leading up to your special day. We’ve pre-populated over 200 tasks (based on a "typical" 12 month engagement period) to help assist you with your wedding planning, however with a few clicks of a mouse you can add, delete and change tasks and due dates to personalize the planner to suit your needs. Once you are done customizing the Task Manager, you can review your critical dates using our unique Timeline view. And finally, have some fun with your Personal Wedding Site - let your creativity run wild as you customize your very own website to tell your friends and family about your event!

Setup your own wedding website! Tell the story of how you met, list your event information, and who’s in your bridal party! Let your creative side go wild with colors and fonts that you can change and update as often as you’d like. Send out your web address so friends and family can come view your wedding information online and even post a warm hearted message!
When do you have that florist meeting? When should you shop for attendant’s gifts? The Timeline view gives you a quick snapshot of what’s important and when it has to get done. It’s tied directly to the task manager, so if you add tasks and change dates, they will be reflected here!
The heart of the Bridal Planner! We’ve created over 200 tasks spread over one year to help in your planning process. Add a few tasks, delete a few, change their priority and when they are due. Assign tasks to family and friends and include their email address to send them a friendly reminder that they need to get something done for your big day.
Who’s coming to the big event? Our Guest List Manager allows you to import your guest’s basic contact information, track invites mailed and the total number of guests attending. Track your gifts received and thank you’s sent with our Gift Tracker- it’s all here… and you can even run reports for your caterer, and photographer. Managing your invites was never so easy.
Our seating arranger is linked to our guest list manager and allows you to easily “drag and drop” all those guests that have responded “YES” they are coming! Have some fun- randomize your guests or seat them together by interest (politics, showbiz, etc). You can save up to 3 different plans, so you can experiment with different layouts and who’s sitting next to who!
